Can I try WordDive for free?

You can get a free sample of any of the 10 languages offered by WordDive. First select your preferred language and then fill the form to activate your free sample. All you have to do is enter your email address - and you will get a confirmation email including a link to activate your free sample course. You will see the results of your studies already after a few days, and you can practice for free for 14 days!

How do I pay for the courses - monthly or all at once?

Courses with a fixed duration of 3, 6 or 12 months of studies are paid at once at the when buying the course. For any of the Comprehensive Course Packages you have the opportunity to subscribe to the service for a period of 1 month. In this case, the payment will continue automatically also for the following month(s) until you cancel your subscription.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for our courses using online electronic money (PayPal) or your debit or credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Direct Debit). You can also pay by online bank transfer. To do this, please select your bank's logo, complete the form and submit your payment online.

How do I activate a license key?

In order to activate the license you purchased, first log in to WordDive, and then click the "Activate License Key" button. Then enter the license key and click the "Next" button. Please note - the letters of your license key are not case sensitive.

How can I create a course subscription to WordDive?

Like its standard definition says, a subscription is a recurring payment for a product or a service. You can subscribe to the WordDive service for a period of one month for each of the Comprehensive Course Packages.

At the moment, a necessary condition for the payment of the subscription is to have an account for the online payment system PayPal. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the first period. The same method of payment that you used when registering will also be used for the next payment(s).

Creating a subscription with your PayPal account ensures you uninterrupted service and you will be able to access WordDive at any time. When using the subscription, you will always be protected from possible changes in the prices - you will be charged the original course price for all the recurring payments to come. There are no restrictions: you may cancel your subscription at any time. In this case, the automatic renewal of your payment will cease and no new charges will be made to your PayPal account in the future.

How does the WordDive subscription work?

Your subscription is valid for one month. This means that a subscription which was created on the 15th will be valid until the 14th of the following month, and the time count starts again for the next month on the following day.

By default, the subscription continues automatically, but you can cancel recurring payments at any time.

How can I cancel my WordDive subscription?

To cancel your WordDive subscription, do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
  3. Click "My money".
  4. In the section "My preapproved payments", click "Update".
  5. Click "Cancel" or "Cancel automatic billing" and follow the instructions.

To cancel your iTunes subscription on your iPhone or iPad, do the following:

  1. On the Home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap App and iTunes Stores.
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in.
  5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
  6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  7. Use the options to manage your subscription. Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription of the monthly payment at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription to a WordDive course, the course will still be available to you until the last paid month of subscription is over.

What should I do if there are payment problems or delays?

If you have any problems or delays with your payment, please contact us at and describe the problem. We will then start working on a solution as soon as we receive your inquiry.

Do I get any certificate after completing a course?

After completing any course you will automatically receive a certificate (in English) confirming your successful training, your effort and your results to your email address.

If the certificate is lost or you wish to change the spelling of your name on the certificate - don't worry. You will always be able to access and modify it on your "Results" page.

What browsers are supported by WordDive?

WordDive can be used with any PC (Windows, Mac or Linux) connected to the Internet. The supported browsers are:

In general, newer versions of a browser work better, excluding possible beta releases.

WordDive also continuously improves its performance on mobile devices (tablets, mobile phones with browsers). There is no official list of supported devices yet, but you can try the following:

  1. Activate a free course and try it on your mobile device.
  2. A licence course will work similarly on your device. There are no technical differences between free and licence courses.

How long or how much can I practice with WordDive per day?

There are no restrictions or limitations as to how much or how long you can practice per day. However, we recommend taking breaks and not crossing a certain amount of practice per day as your learning might be less efficient. A hint appears automatically to tell you when you have practiced enough and you should take a break. Of course, you can still continue practicing if you feel like it.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password just visit the "Password Recovery" page, enter the email address you used when registering, and a new password will be sent to this address immediately. Then simply copy and paste your new password into the "Password" field when logging in to WordDive. The auto-generated password can always be changed in your "Settings".

What can I do if I encounter problems with the website?

If exercises do not work or there are other problems with the website, try reloading the page as follows:

  1. Go to the page where the problem occurred
  2. Hold the Ctrl key down and press F5 at the same time

  1. Go to the page where the problem occurred
  2. Hold the Shift key down and click the "Reload" icon at the same time

How can I change the settings of my course(s)?

All settings have practical default values, so you can get started without paying any attention to them. However, after studying for a while, you might want to adjust the settings to suit your learning preferences better.

If you wish to change your speed of progress,the level or amount of words for your studies or some other settings, just click the "Settings" tab and adjust your settings as you like. There is a brief description of the functions of every control, but you can also experiment freely with different settings and find the ones that work best for you. You cannot break anything by changing the settings and none of your results will be lost. Just go ahead and find your own learning style.
